Sri Yagam

“A Mass Vedic prayer for World Peace and Prosperity”
The Power of Prayer
Prayer moves mountains.
The positive vibrations of mass prayer purify the surroundings. A prayer performed for others is more effective than that performed for oneself. Prayer adds immense energy and promote peace.
What is Sri?
Every object in the universe is supported by the almighty. The illimitable compassion He possesses is personified as the mother of the universe. His compassion blesses us with wealth, health, power, and peace. That compassion is named after “Sri” in Vedic scriptures. Hence, the Almighty, with compassion, is worshiped as Sriyah Pathi, the compassionate one. It is identified in Purushasukta as “Hri:schathe: lakshmi:scha pathnayow”. Veda recognized Him through Lakshmi as His divine spouse. The indicator for the Lord in his ‘compassion’ quality, and in other words,
‘Lakshmi’.
Need of the hour
The world now, is going through a hard time. Economic down-trend, recession, global warming, natural calamities, ecological imbalances, etc, are some of the alarming signals making the wise insecure across the globe.
We all need to do something, no matter to which race, religion or nation we belong to. Let our affiliations be any. Faiths may be many, cultures may be different, practices may vary, yet … all of us are children of a single mother. The Mother Earth. Our goal is to save her and to please Her. She will be pleased if we are together, wealthy, and healthy. Everyone should do “something” in one’s own way to achieve the goal. Others should encourage such gestures, for the goal is common.
Why perform a Yagam?

According to Vedas, Yagam i.e. fire sacrifice, is a powerful means of prayer to communicate with the Almighty. The smoke emitted through this Yagam will not only help us in physical and mental purification, but also activate the natural forces with positive energy. In this way, Yagam helps the life for a smooth sail. Sri Yagam thus helps in promoting peace, health, and wealth. It is a mass prayer, as recommended by the Vedas for world peace.
This is exclusively for you
According to zodiac signs, the entire planetary system has been divided into 27 constellations called Nakshathras. Every living creature belongs to either of these Nakshathras. If they are properly addressed through the manthras, that particular Nakshathra provides a positive impact on the user. Thus that person ultimately enjoys good results.
For All Sorts of Graha Santhi
27 altars, yaga kundas, are organized with Vedic fire and 4 altars for Vedas and 2 for Sri and Narayana. Thus, this Sri Yagam will be performed with 33 kundas. Devotees who know their Nakshathra can participate in and promote this Sri Yagam to experience the positive energy.
Needs Can Be Fulfilled
7 Ishtis will also be performed for those who need special grace. Ishti is a special performance in the fire for fulfilling our specific needs through a special fire sacrifice. Here are 7 Ishtis arranged for the seekers:
- Sri Sudarsana Ishti - for good health & protection
- Sri Vynatheya Ishti - for good children
- Sri Nrusimha Ishti - for eliminating planetary impediments
- Sri Vaibhava Ishti – for the ancestral peace
- Sri Hayagriva Ishti - for education
- Sri Vishwaksena Ishti - for success in all endeavors
